Interval Monday

Good Morning friends! It’s sub-zero temps again for most of the Midwest, so I wanted to share a quick, easy workout for you to do inside today.

You may have read about my apathy for the treadmill, but when it gets down to {-10} overnight I really don’t have much of a choice!  I mean, I love cold weather running more than most but you have to draw the line somewhere … mine is usually around 0* 🙂

Important Question of the Day:  Favorite Songs on your Running Playlist?  I really need to update mine, plus I think it would make my intervals go faster!!

    Daulton and I are loving Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars right now. Its catchy and we always have a dance party when it comes on!
