Training for a spring half marathon? Is it sneaking up on you too?? I realized this past weekend that my spring half is less than 4 weeks away, and my weekly mileage needs to get bumped up pronto!
Because it’s Spring Break, our daily schedules aren’t as consistent – which is how we ended up running 4 miles yesterday and 7 this morning (instead of our typical every-other-day schedule) to squeeze it all in!
The run felt good, but was unfortunately cold given it’s the end of March! However, it was clear this morning that one of the best ways to warm up after a long run is with cupcakes … each topped with a Reese Egg!
